Next Directory delivery charge is just £3.75 no
matter how large your order with the exception of Fresh Flowers and
selected Home items. Delivery charges for selected large home items
are £3.50 within mainland UK, (Northern Ireland £20, Isle of Man,
Channel Islands, Scottish Islands, Scilly Islands £35. Other
offshore islands £35). With the exception of BFPO addresses Next
Directory do not deliver outside the United Kingdom at Next
Directory mail order catalogue.
Next Day Delivery
Next Directory home shopping offer a next day delivery service for
all orders placed before 5PM Monday to Friday
Orders placed on Saturday and up to 5PM on Sunday will be delivered
on Monday.
You can confirm your delivery arrangements and specify a time at the
checkout.
Your order will be delivered in special Next packaging.
Next delivery charge is just £3.75 no matter how large your order,
with the exception of Fresh Flowers and selected Home items
This service is only available in Next courier areas and is subject
to stock availability. Other deliveries will be made by alternative
courier and will take longer. |

At Next Directory & Next online store returns are free of charge.
Just return any unused item within 14 days for a full refund to your
Next Directory account (this does not affect your statutory rights).
Choose:
Returns by Courier: simply call 0845 600 7000 to arrange for your
courier to collect the items from your home. Items left for the
courier to collect are at your own risk. Items will not be credited
back to your Next Directory account unless and until they are
received by Next Directory mail order catalogue.
Returns by Post: Use the despatch note label and simply take your
parcel to the Post Office.
Returns by Store: You can return through Next's participating
stores. |

Can I spread my payment
at Next?
Yes, with the Next Directory Flexible Account you will be sent a
statement every month advising you of all transactions on your
account and the minimum payment required. You can then choose to
spread the cost by paying the minimum amount or settling the account
in full.
How do I pay Next?
You can settle your Directory Flexible Account using all major
credit and debit cards to pay over the phone, by post or via My
Account.
Next Directory currently do not accept Switch payments - however you
can make a payment to Next Directory from your bank account using
your online banking service.
If you prefer you can pay by cheque to Next Directory mail order
catalogue. |
