Returning Goods to Look Again |

Look Again Catalogue’s courier returns service
is free as long as items are returned to them within the 14 Day Home
Approval period, in good condition, and are not exempt from their
returns policy. Look Again reserve the right to make an
administration charge for items returned after the expiry of the 14
day approval period. The charge is £4.95 per item for smaller items
and £12.95 for larger goods. Acceptance of a return by your courier
is not deemed to be acceptance by Look Again. Items must be returned
complete, unused, and in their original packaging, and Look Again
reserve the right to return to you any item unsuitable for refund or
exchange. |
