Returning Goods to La Senza |
|
In line with the La Senza retail
store policy, La Senza are pleased to offer a 100% guarantee that if
you are dissatisfied in any way with the products you have ordered,
they will exchange them or provide a refund. The goods should be
returned unworn, all labels intact and all garments should be in a
proper resalable condition and are required to be returned within 21
days of receipt.
Goods can be returned either to any La Senza store in the UK and
Ireland (excluding Debenhams Concessions and Roches Stores) or to
the following address:

Please use the returns label enclosed with your original order and
note that postage will need to be paid for. Please remember to
obtain proof of postage from your Post Office.
In order to return goods to a store you will need to print off a
copy of the invoice that was originally issued via email - attached
to the notification of despatch email. The order confirmation cannot
be accepted. Without this invoice goods will only be exchanged at
the value currently being charged in store and no refund will be
given. |
