days to return items to them via their courier service. After this
Kaleidoscope will accept returns on faulty goods free of charge; all
other returns will be subject to an administration fee. Certain
goods are exempt from 14 Day Home Approval; these items can only be
returned if they are of unsatisfactory quality. Kaleidoscope reserve
the right to send back to you/not refund any goods that they believe
to be not as new, or not in their original packaging. An additional
administration fee may be added to your account to cover the extra
handling and postage costs incurred by Kaleidoscope. If for any

Kaleidoscope, they will do their utmost to deal with any complaints.
