John Lewis Home Shopping Delivery
The despatch time for a product can be found on each individual product
page on th eJohn Lewis website. John Lewis deliver Monday to Friday,
between 9am and 6pm.
Products may be sent out from multiple locations and therefore may arrive separately, but you will not incur additional delivery charges as a result.
If you order specialist delivery items from John Lewis with both 5 and 14 day quoted despatch times, your order will be consolidated and those products will arrive together within 14 days
If you have ordered items from John Lewis that show delivery within 14 days or more, you will be telephoned to discuss delivery (This will be shown in checkout.).
If you wish to have items sent to separate addresses, please complete a separate order for each address. Separate delivery charges will apply to each address, except for Flowers delivery which is included in the price, or if the value of an order is over £100.
John Lewis cannot guarantee delivery within their usual timescales to a small number of remote rural areas. In order to ensure product freshness, delivery of flowers is not possible to all mainland postcodes. Please note that there is an error in their Spring flowers brochure and they do not deliver to any PA or PH postcodes.

Returning Goods to John Lewis
Should you wish to return anything bought from John Lewis, they will be
happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in fully resaleable
condition. Returns should be made within a reasonable time (usually 28 days)
and in original, undamaged packaging.
If they find that the product has not been returned in fully resaleable condition, John Lewis reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount.

Complete the online form including: order number, stock number, the reason for the return and whether you want a refund or a replacement.
John Lewis will email you back with further instructions and arrange for the courier to come to collect the product you wish to return - free of charge.
2. Returns via a John Lewis shop
Simply take the despatch note and the product you wish to return or exchange to the appropriate department in the shop and tell the sales assistant you bought it online.
Waitrose Wines cannot be returned to John Lewis or Waitrose shops, and must be returned via courier collection (full cases only - see above).
