deliver to the address of your choice!
For as little as £5.95, your order can be delivered straight to your
home, your workplace or to a neighbour, whichever is most convenient
for you - just let Homebase know when ordering.
Homebase have two delivery services
Please note that your order is made up of a combination of items /
delivery services, deliveries may be made
Smaller items
If your item is small enough for one delivery person to carry it,
Homebase will usually get it to you within 48 hours, by the next day
if you order before 1pm, or on a day of your choice. Work during the
week? Don’t worry; Homebase can deliver on Saturdays too!
Delivery times are usually Monday to Friday (excluding Bank
Holidays) 7.00am - 6pm. You may also be given a choice of times,
e.g. AM (7.00am - 1pm) or PM (12am - 6 pm). Saturday deliveries are
usually made between 7.00am - 3pm.
Bigger items
Bigger items needing two delivery men take longer. They’re normally
identified as deliverable within seven days or more on the website.

Returning Goods to Homebase |

Please note there is no facility to return goods which have been
purchased online from Homebase.co.uk to any Homebase store.
If there's a fault with the product...
Phone Homebase on 0845 077 8888 within 30 days to arrange a FREE
collection. Products must be accompanied by your proof of purchase**
and Homebase will usually offer you a replacement or repair. This
does not affect your statutory rights.
Some products are excluded from the Homebase 30-day money back
guarantee. These are clearly marked by a † next to the product name.
Product installation services already commenced are excluded from
the 30-day money back guarantee. This does not affect your statutory
rights.
