If you decide not to use our Next Day or Specified Day services, place your internet order before 10am and most small items will be delivered FREE within 48 hours* subject to stock and courier availability. Please note that some items are delivered direct from our supplier and may take longer to arrive. Great Universal will inform you of this when you place your order.

GUS Specified Day Delivery
Great Universal Stores home shopping catalogue can now guarantee that most items will be delivered on the day of your choice within the next 5 working days for just £2.95.* For example, order on Monday and you can choose to receive delivery from Wednesday to the following Monday (excluding Saturday and Sunday). This service is subject to stock and courier availability.

Delivery to a different address
If you would like a parcel to be left with a neighbour, in a safe place such as a garage or outhouse or delivered to an alternative address for specific orders or on a permanent basis, please email the Customer Services Team or call our Order Line on 0800 0922 622.
If you would like a specific order delivered to an alternative address, complete the details during checkout.

GUS Next Day Delivery
If you have previously placed an order with GUS, they can guarantee delivery of most small items and some larger items the next day for an additional charge of £2.95 if you order before 12pm. Order before 12pm Monday to Thursday and most items will be delivered the following day. If you order on a Friday, the goods will be delivered on Monday as delivery is not available on weekends and public holidays. To benefit from this service, order in the normal way and then select your chosen delivery day during the 'arrange delivery' section in checkout. This service is only available for items that GUS know are 'In Stock' at your local warehouse of Great Universal Stores mail order catalogue.
