and in stock. Delivery can be to any address in the UK and Channel
Islands. Gray & Osbourn normally aim to fulfil all contracts within
30 days (unless Gray & Osbourn agree otherwise with you at or
subsequent to accepting your order) however delays beyond their

case with your order.
The standard delivery charge for each order is £4.95, which will be

Returning Goods to Gray & Osbourn |

Gray & Osbourn want you to be
absolutely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you want
to return goods to Gray & Osbourn you may do so within 28 days (14
days for Clearance and Sale items) from the date of receipt of the
goods. The goods must be unworn, in their original packaging and
complete with swing tickets and labels intact and attached. Please
allow up to 3 weeks once you have returned your parcel for the
refund to be credited. Your parcel will contain an Advice Note
listing the contents. Simply decide which is the most appropriate
reason code on the back of the advice note and then enter this code
alongside the product you are returning. This will help Gray &
Osbourn to improve their quality control when they examine the
returned goods. It is ESSENTIAL that you return this Advice Note
with your returns parcel. Gray & Osbourn Home Approval period is 28
days (14 days for Clearance and Sale items) from receipt. Returns of
goods made by you outside this period, or otherwise not in
accordance with the Gray & Osborn returns policy, may not be
accepted for refund and may be returned by Gray & Osbourn to you at
your expense. Gray & Osbourn home approval and returns policy is an
additional safeguard for you. It is in addition to and does not
affect or amend your statutory rights as a consumer which rights
remain unaffected by this policy |
