All products will be shipped as soon as possible, subject to payment card authorisation and stock availability.

Orders are sent in plain packaging. However, please note that for delivery purposes, Figleaves' return name & address will be shown in one corner of the address label (in small font, without the figleaves.com logo).

You will only be charged once per order for delivery and gift boxing (if applicable), however many separate shipments Figleaves make to you.

*All deliveries will be made according to the carriers' standard procedures. For standard delivery, a signature should not be required. However, packages which will not fit through your letter box may be taken back to the postal depot for collection. Please note that where a signature is required, orders cannot be sent to PO Box addresses.

 Returning Goods to Figleaves


Figleaves offer a 100% guarantee that if you're in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered (including Sale items), they will exchange them or give you a full refund, provided that you return them to Figleaves in their original condition and packaging, unworn and unwashed, with all labels intact.

Please ensure that briefs/thongs/swimwear etc. are tried on over your own underwear. Figleaves reserve the right to refuse returns of items where it is apparent that this has not been done.

Please also note that returns on hosiery cannot be accepted if the pack has been opened. Certain products are also excluded from Figleaves general returns policy for hygiene reasons - this will be indicated with the product information for these items on the Figleaves website. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

GiftCards are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Returns period
Our normal returns period is 28 days from when you receive the goods, and any returned items must be received by Figleaves within this time. However, to allow for unwanted or ill-fitting gifts, the following exceptions apply:

Christmas gifts ordered from October onwards may be returned up to the end of January.
Valentine's gifts ordered from January onwards may be returned up to the 15th March.
(Please note that these dates are those by which any returns must be received back in Figleaves' warehouse, so please allow up to 10 working days for your goods to reach them).

Figleaves will let you know as soon as they receive the goods, and will then endeavour to process your request for either a refund or replacement as quickly as possible. Please allow up to seven days from receipt of your return for this to be done.

If you have requested a refund, or replacements of a lower value than the returned goods, any refund due will be credited back to the card used to pay for the original order. Figleaves will let you know as soon as the refund has been processed. Please note that Figleaves are unable to offer credit notes.

If you have requested replacements of a higher value, any difference due will be charged to the card used to pay for the original order.

Gift Box or delivery charges will not be refunded in the case of a return - however, should you request replacements for returned items, you will not be charged again for delivery. Replacement items requested will not be Gift Boxed, so you may wish retain any Gift Box received with the original order.

If you wish to return goods to Figleaves, you may do so without giving them prior notice. In this case please complete the form accompanying your order and enclose it with the returned goods. Please allow up to ten working days for your goods to be returned to Figleaves.

UK customers: Figleaves enclose a postage paid returns label with your order. Send your return via the Royal Mail, and please obtain a Certificate of Posting (available free from the Post Office) for all returns, so that they can complete your request in the event of items being lost in transit. You should keep this certificate until you have received your refund or replacement.

"I no longer have the despatch paperwork - what do I do?"

If you no longer have the returns label that was supplied with your order, please address the package to the appropriate returns address, depending on your country.

Enclose a note with the return, ensuring that the following information is included:
Order number (if known), name, address, contact telephone number or email address (especially important if you do not know your order number), return reason and details of refund or replacement required.

If using the original packaging, please ensure that the original address label is covered up. Please quote your order number on the top left hand side of the package, to assist us in identification on return to figleaves.com.

Return of Faulty Goods
If you believe the goods Figleaves have supplied to you are faulty, you should return the item to them together with a note, explaining what you believe is the problem and stating the original order number. When Figleaves receive the item, they will investigate the fault and contact you to agree the most appropriate resolution.

Please quote your order number on the top left hand side of the package, to assist Figleaves in identification on return to figleaves.com.

"I've received some figleaves.com items as a gift from someone else. Can I return them?"
Of course you can return them as normal - please refer to the return guidelines above and on the paperwork that came with the goods.

However please be aware that, as part of the returns process, the purchaser will automatically be notified by email of any returns, refunds or replacements. Unfortunately, Figleaves cannot prevent this as it is an automated part of our returns system.

If you request replacement items of a higher value, Figleaves would need to obtain the purchaser's permission before making an additional charge to their card. Alternatively, any difference can be paid using your own card - should you wish to do this, please include clear payment instructions with the returned items, together with contact details in case of any query.

If you request a refund, please note that this can only be issued to the card which was used to pay for the goods. Figleaves are unable to offer credit notes.
 

 Paying for Goods at Figleaves


Figleaves accept most major credit and debit cards including Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Delta, Solo, Maestro, and Visa Electron, though currently not Diners Card. Please note they do not accept cheques, postal orders or payment by PayPal.

Payment by GiftCard
If you have a figleaves.com GiftCard, you can enter the details at the checkout page. If the balance on your GiftCard is insufficient to meet the value of your order, you will also be asked to add credit/debit card details to cover the difference. Please note that orders paid for using a GiftCard will need to be placed online, as Figleaves are currently unable to take GiftCard payments over the phone.

Payment by fax/phone
If you do not want to enter your credit/debit card details on the website, proceed with your order as normal, but when asked for your card details, select the 'Fax/Phone' option. You do not need to enter any card details. Complete the order, then phone Figleaves with your card details on 0870 4999 002 (UK) / + 44 161 444 0638 (international), or fax them to 0870 4999 005 (UK) / +44 207 900 2221 (international), quoting the figleaves.com order number which you will find on your confirmation e-mail.
At figleaves.com, your card is only charged once your order is despatched from their warehouse. If there are any items on your order which are not in stock, you will not be charged for these until Figleaves actually ship them to you. You will be advised by e-mail (or telephone if you do not have an e-mail address) if Figleaves are unable to complete your order.

Security checks:
As part of Figleaves policy to protect against the fraudulent use of credit cards, they carry out random security checks on orders. These can take various forms, and from time to time it may be necessary for them to ask you to provide a copy of a recent statement header for the card being used on your order. Please note that Figleaves are only interested in confirming information already provided on your order, i.e. the billing name and address and card issuer details, and do not need to see actual transactions, which can be covered up. In case you have any concerns regarding security, Figleaves can assure you that all information is shredded as soon as they have confirmed the details required.
