working days* for £3.99 (exceptions apply, see table below).
•Deliveries to UK addresses are made Monday to Friday between 9am to
6pm, excluding Bank Holidays.
•Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, offshore
locations and Northern Ireland may take a little longer.
•For Debenhams Gold cardholders UK standard delivery is free of
charge. |

To return a product purchased
online you can use one of the options below
•Option 1: Return to store
Return to Store
For your convenience you can exchange or refund your online order at
most Debenhams stores within the UK. Take your despatch note and
your goods to any till point where one of our advisors will be happy
to process an exchange or refund.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment card,
if you do not have the original payment card with you, the advisor
will offer you an exchange
or a refund onto a Debenhams giftcard.
•Option 2: Courier Collection Service
To arrange a collection for the products listed below you can
either:

To return your order by Royal Mail, please follow the instructions

•Please use the correct Royal Mail returns label (see details below)
•Repackage the goods into the original packaging
•Complete the return label enclosed in your parcel, indicating your
reasons for the return,
detach and enclose with your parcel
•Repackage the goods into their original packaging
•Affix the Returns Label to the outside of your parcel
•Take the parcel to your local Post office and obtain a proof of
postage |
