The above products will be classed as an all day delivery unless otherwise selected when you place your order. Saturday delivery can be selected anytime up to 3pm Friday. There is an additional premium from £9.99 for an AM delivery. Please note this charge is non profit making, Co-Op Electrical Shop incur this charge from their carriers.

All Major Kitchen appliances are delivered via Co-op Electrical Shop's own distribution company Phoenix Delivery Systems.
 

 Returning Goods to Co-Op Electrical Shop

Cancellation and Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it to Co-op Electrical Shop under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, within 7 days of delivery for an exchange or refund. The refund amount does not include the delivery charge. However the following points must be observed:
* Items must be returned in an unused condition with the original packaging, along with the receipt or other valid proof of purchase.
* Items are to be returned to Co-op Electrical Shop at your expense unless the item purchased was damaged or faulty when you received it. Please note that the amount charged for delivery of a product is a subsidised amount, the true cost of delivery will be charged for products returned within 7 days unless the product is faulty.
* All products are checked on return to the Co-op Electrical Shop warehouse.  In the event of the product being used, or an accessory is missing, a full refund will not be processed.  An example of the cost for accessories that will be charged back is as follows:
* Remote control               £40 including VAT
* Instruction book/manual £10 including VAT
* Washing machine pipes £20 including VAT
