Choice home shopping
catalogue standard delivery service is free for all items. For most
in-stock fashion, textiles and small household items, place your
order before 11pm to receive the item within 48 hours.
- Next day delivery: £3.95. To ensure next day delivery, place your
order before 4pm.
- Specified day delivery: £3.95. You can choose your delivery date
up to 8 days in advance.
- For larger items, delivery will be confirmed at checkout and
Choice will call you to arrange a suitable day as soon as the
product is ready for dispatch.
- Selected washing machines, fridge freezers and cookers are
available on Choice Catalogue's express 72 hour delivery
service, for an additional charge.
All delivery options are available when ordering online at Choice
Catalogue. Items ordered on Saturday choosing ‘next day option’
(before cut off time) will be delivered on Monday.
Choice Catalogue deliveries are usually between 7am and 6pm Monday
to Friday. Specified day deliveries on Saturdays will usually be
between 7am and 5pm.
Whilst Choice Catalogue make every effort to deliver goods on the
day we specify, Choice cannot guarantee delivery on that day or
accept liability for deliveries made outside of this time scale.
This also applies to products sent directly from our suppliers.
Some postal addresses in Northern Ireland, some off-shore islands
and remote areas of Great Britain may not be covered by some or all
of these services and Choice may not be able to arrange delivery of
some items to such addresses. Choice will contact you if there are
any delivery restrictions to your address.
All items are subject to stock availability. If Choice cannot supply
goods within their specified time scale Choice will continue to
deliver and inform you of any delay. In requesting delivery of a
product, you will be agreeing that the delivery company has the
right to go onto the property and, if no-one is available to receive
delivery, to leave the goods in any unlocked location at the
delivery address. They will endeavour to ensure that any such
location is dry and out of general sight.

Returning Goods to Choice |
|
Choice Catalogue strongly
recommend you use their own carrier – Home Delivery Network – as the
most convenient way to return items. Just go online or call Choice
to make arrangements for Choice to come to you*. Please also call
Choice or email them if an item appears to be damaged or faulty on
receipt.
Alternatively, you can take your returns at a convenient Drop and
Collect store and let Home Delivery Network collect it from there.
Visit www.dropandcollect.co.uk to find your nearest store. You can
also return items to Choice through the Post Office.
In all cases, keep your proof of the return in case you have a
future query. If you cannot produce a proof of return on a query,
Choice reserve the right not to credit your account.
14 day Approval Guarantee
Choice will replace or refund most items provided they are returned
complete, unused and in the original packaging, with any appropriate
security tags intact, within 14 days of receipt. |
