Please note that they do not deliver to the Channel Islands, Eire or PO Box addresses. Delivery is currently not available outside of the UK. Delivery is available to Monday to Friday except Bank Holidays. Saturday delivery is not available.
Collect in Store
Austin Reed has just launched its Collect in Store option for four of its London stores. This is the perfect option for customers who are unable to accept deliveries during the working day. You can order online from Austin Reed and select the store you want (Regent Street, Poultry, Liverpool Street or Fenchurch Street).
Standard online delivery at Austin Reed
Austin Reed Catalogue aim to deliver within 3 working days following the date your order is placed to most UK addresses.
Delivery to more remote areas may take up to 5 working days. A working day is Monday to Friday except Bank Holidays.
Next Day
Austin Reed Catalogue aim to deliver orders placed before 12 noon Monday to Thursday by the next working day. Orders placed between
12 noon on a Thursday and the end of the weekend (or bank holiday if applicable), will normally be delivered on the following Tuesday. A working day is Monday to Friday except Bank Holidays.
Delivery Charge: Auston Reed standard delivery charge is £4.95 and next day delivery is £9.95.
There is one simple delivery charge no matter how many items you have in a SINGLE order.

Returns Austin Reed Catalogue offer a free returns
service. Items can be returned by post or to any freestanding store
within 28 days of the order being received by you. Store returns can not
be made at department store concessions.
