the time of order. The All Saints couriers operate a Monday to
Friday service between 9am - 5pm and a specific time slot cannot be
specified. All Saints will endeavor to deliver any items which have
been pre-ordered as soon as they become available from manufacture,
on ordering they will email you with the expected date; however this
may be subject to change due to circumstances out with All Saints'
control. All Saints will keep you updated on any changes to the
delivery date and you can request a refund at any point up to the
dispatch date at which the normal returns policy will apply.
If you have ordered several products at one time All Saints may
deliver such products on different days at no extra shipping cost to

Returning Goods to All Saints |

All Saints offer a full refund on all online purchases returned in
the condition in which they were sold within 14 days, and offer an
exchange on all garments returned within 28 days. Please note that
All Saints can only exchange the same items for a different colour
or size, if a different item is required a separate order will have
to be made.
If, on receipt, you are not satisfied with your goods please return
them by special delivery to All Saints. Please check the Al Saints
