For most items you can return what you buy free of charge to Additions Direct in new condition and in the original packaging within 14 days of delivery for replacement or refund. It's so easy. • Call Additions Direct Freephone Automated Customer Service Line on 0800 096 6093* to arrange collection of smaller items

• Call their Customer Service Line on 0870 413 6000* to arrange collection

• Send via the Post Office - you may need to pay a charge for this service.

Exceptions to Additions Direct 14-day approval guarantee
Additions Direct Approval Guarantee doesn't apply to some items or where certain conditions have not been met. Any such items are clearly identified on the product page. Your statutory rights are not affected. If you return any excluded items, they will be destroyed (if perishable) or returned to you and the items will remain charged to your account. For each item that Additions Direct return, they reserve the right to make a charge to your account to cover the handling and returns postage costs that they incur.

Goods returned after the expiry of Additions Direct Approval Guarantee
If you do not want to keep what you have ordered, Additions Direct may at their discretion, accept goods returned to them after the expiry of their Approval Guarantee.
However, they reserve the right to make a charge to your account to cover the costs of returning such an item.

Unjustified Returns
Additions Direct do reserve the right to send goods back to you if they are not in new condition, not in the original packaging, or if you have returned the incorrect items. A charge per item will be added to your account to cover the extra handling and postage costs they incur.
 

 Paying for Goods at Additions Direct

• Via the website
  Pay immediately using your Credit or Debit card. Complete your personal details and your card details then click the 'Continue' button. You can pay by Visa, Mastercard, Delta and Maestro. You will also be asked for the name of your issuing bank for further security.
  Your order will then be processed and confirmed by e-mail. For total security payment card details are automatically encrypted. Details are then verified with the bank and orders processed once authorised. The information from the order form is placed on a secure site, which prevents other users from accessing your personal details (see security information).
   

• Pay for your goods through our new Direct Plus Account
  To open a new account, select the 'Apply for Direct Plus Account' at stage 2 of the checkout process and click on 'Continue'. Then complete the Personal information, delivery detail and credit application questionnaire.
